TRAVEL FEES: 

Our travel rates vary depending on your location.  Please call or text for exact rate quote for your needs.

Bulk Notarizations: 

Service calls requiring 10 or more notarizations, we offer a special rate of $10.00 per notary seal versus the $15.00 per seal others charge.

Also ask us about our special pricing for real estate packages and living trust signings that normally require multiple notarizations.  

SERVICES:

On-Site Document Notarization: Our notaries will come to your specified location and notarize any document requested. Please make sure to have a valid, government issued picture I.D. available at the appointment.

Email and Print Services: If you don't have access to the documents immediately, you can have them emailed to us.  We will print them and bring them with us to the notary signing appointment.  An additional fee applies.



Filing Services:  If you don't have the time to wait in line at the Los Angeles County Clerks Office to file your notarized documents, we can do it for you. For an additional fee, we can file the document for you and return it you within 1-3 business days.



Apostille and Certification: If you are in Los Angeles or surrounding areas, we will pick up the document required for the Apostille, notarize it if required, take the document to the California Secretary of State's office and obtain the Apostile or Certification.  Current processing time is approximately 1-2 business days.
